Staying On A Raw Food Diet Plan!

A raw food diet plan can do a lot of good for the body and the mind. Unfortunately, many people find such a plan hard to stick to for any appreciable period of time. Here are some tips to help you stay on track with your diet plan of raw foods for as long as you wish.

One of the first issues to consider is the variety of raw foods you are allowing yourself to enjoy. Are you including all sorts of vegetables in your diet plan, or just the ones that you normally would include in a garden salad? When it comes to fruits, have you explored something other than the apples, oranges, and bananas that are staples in many homes around the country? Do you seek out such food items as nuts, sprouts and other uncooked foods as sources for variety in your meals?  Have you thought about introducing edible flowers into the mix? Any successful raw food diet program demands that you expand your horizons when it comes to the types of foods you include in your daily diet.  Pick out a few and sticking with them religiously is a great way to set up
